Withdrawal and refund deadline dates only apply to standard courses of fifteen weeks in duration, starting on the first calendar week of the semester.

Mon, Sept 9Last day to drop a course and receive a 100% refund.

Tue, Sept 10 - Mon, Sept 16Refunds for courses dropped during this period are 50% of the course fee.

Tue, Sept 17Fee payment deadline for courses added between Aug 23 and Sept 16. Students paying after this date will incur late payment penalties of $25 per registered course. Students will NOT be deregistered from courses after this deadline.

Fri, Oct 18Outstanding fees for the Fall 2024 semester must be paid in full to avoid an additional late payment penalty of $100.
Mon, Oct 28 to Sat, Nov 2Mid-semester: students may obtain mid-semester standing from instructors during this week in order to make decisions about dropping courses before Nov 4.
Mon, Nov 4Last day to withdraw from a course and receive a grade of W

Thu, Nov 14Deadline to apply for full-time, part-time, and Adult Upgrading Grant funding for the Fall semester.

Thu, Dec 12Grades due at 9:00am for classes without a final exam
Fri, Dec 13The registration system will reopen at 9:00 am on Dec 13 for ALL students. Wait-list offers will be available at 9:00 am and will expire if not accepted by 11:59 pm Dec 15.
Fri, Dec 13Deadline for new first-semester international students to withdraw from the Winter 2025 semester and receive 50% refund or defer admission to the next available semester.
Fri, Dec 13Winter semester applications for Douglas College Bursaries, Awards, and Scholarships open.
