The Skills for Success Practioner (SFSP) CE Certificate is a unique six-course program offered online, face-to-face, or through a hybrid format.

Educators, Career Practitioners & Employment Counsellors, ESL Instructors, Human Resource Professionals, and Employers
What will I learn?
The SFSP program is designed to assist individuals in integrating Employment and Social Development Canada’s (ESDC) task-based Skills Framework into their work with learners. The courses help workers to understand and interpret Skills Assessments and how to design activities to take a construct approach that builds on learners' existing skills.
