Put the experience of the Training Group to work for you.
Simply put, we help supervisors and work teams succeed. We are experts in the 'soft side' of training that so often becomes 'the hard stuff' - communication, service, sales, change, culture, relationships, talent management, and employee engagement.
All training sessions incorporate a "Learning by Doing" approach where participants will engage in interactive exercises with peers to practice and explore their abilities. Activities may include role-playing, game theory, public speaking/presentations, and creative problem-solving exercises. Training can be offered at your workplace, at any Douglas College campus locations, or at other convenient sites around the Lower Mainland and beyond.
