Purpose
The Inclusive Leadership Micro-Workshop is designed to cultivate a deeper understanding of leadership that embraces inclusivity within your organization. Our goal is to help you create a more equitable workplace where everyone feels valued and included. In Inclusivity Foundations, the first course in the series, participants will delve into the business case for diversity, learning how creating an inclusive workplace is not only the thing to do, but also the smart thing. They will also explore core concepts like identity, power, and privilege, gaining a deeper understanding of how these factors impact workplace dynamics.

The second course in the series, Unconscious Bias, takes a closer look at the ways our brains make automatic decisions based on societal norms and stereotypes. Participants will learn how to recognize and interrupt their own biases, and how to create a workplace culture that mitigates the impact of unconscious bias.

Conscious Facilitator and holds an MA in
Teaching and a Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics.
Sherilyn Trompetter (she/her)
Sherilyn is a dynamic DEI leader, a Qualified
Assessor of the IDI, and an ICF-certified
Trauma-Informed Coach. With 20+ years of
facilitation expertise, Sherilyn creates
transformative experiences for inclusive
leaders. Founder of MT Consulting Group,
Sherilyn is a certified Conscious Facilitator
and holds an MBA.
