Douglas College is an accredited public post-secondary institution. We offer certificates for designated programs and official transcripts for all courses.

Course Locations

All courses take place at the New Westminster Campus or Coquitlam Campus unless otherwise indicated. 

New Westminster Campus room numbers:

  • posted on the door of the Registrars Office, Room 2700 on the first day of class only. The Registrars Office is located on the Concourse, 2nd level, across from the Information/Security kiosk. 

Coquitlam Campus room numbers:

  • posted beside the Information/Security kiosk in the main building

Student Records

Transcripts

Continuing Education and Training Group students can order official transcripts. A transcript is an official record of your academic history and includes all courses successfully and unsuccessfully completed.  For ordering information, please visit Transcripts and Other Academic Records.

Income Tax (T2202) (formerly T2202A)

Some Continuing Education courses qualify for a T2202 (formerly T2202A) Tax Credit form. To print your T2202, please log into your online myAccount after March 1st.  Retain your receipt for youth programs as they may qualify for a tax credit.  Please consult with the Canada Revenue Agency to determine eligibility.

Graduation

Some Continuing Education and Training Group programs receive a certificate upon completion. The college celebrates the achievement of its graduates with our graduation ceremonies.  Please visit Graduation for more information including deadlines to apply.

Parking and Transit Access

Pay parking (cash only) is in effect at the New Westminster and Coquitlam campuses, student rates apply. Metered on-street parking is also available adjacent to both locations. Parking can also be paid for using the Hangtag app.

Library and Bookstore

For courses that require Library services, the Library will issue a Library card for the duration of your Continuing Education course. For information on Library hours and locations, visit the Douglas College Library

Cafeteria and Food Services

The New Westminster Campus features a major cafeteria (second floor), including a Tim Horton's and a Triple O's, as well as a deli (first floor). The Coquitlam Campus features a large cafeteria with a Tim Horton's kiosk on the first floor.

Student Services
