Join Aunty Marny on the last Wednesday of every month from 10–11am in the Indigenous Gathering Place for the hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ word of the day and place-based teachings. hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ is spoken by the Down River People’s including the q̓íc̓əy̓ (Katzie), qʼʷa:n̓ƛʼən̓ (Kwantlen), kʷikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikwetlem), xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), scəw̓aθən (Tsawwassen) and qiqéyt (Qayqayt) First Nations. Aunty Marny will share a few words and phrases along with some place-based teachings each drop-in. The drop-in is open to everyone at the College.
