Omnivex request form

Do you have something you want to display on the Omnivex screens? Submit your request here. If it meets the criteria below, we’ll add it to the Omnivex schedule.

Omnivex submission criteria

  1. Omnivex information must be submitted with at least three weeks' notice.
  2. Content shown on the Omnivex screens must be suitable for all audiences.
  3. All video content must adhere to Canada’s Copyright Act. This means that no money can be charged for viewing and the video must be freely and publicly available online or through the Library’s resources.

Omnivex training is provided by IT Services and can be requested using the Omnivex training form.
