Note 1: Students in a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program will likely have met all pre-requisite requirements upon entering this concentration. On the other hand, non-BBA students will need to take special note of: (a) required pre-requisites to ensure they are able to enrol in the required courses and (b) suggested courses, if listed, to aid in their successful completion of the required courses. This information can be found on the Douglas College Course Catalogue website. Note 2: Students are advised to take note of any pre-requisites that may be required. Students may need to take one or more upper level courses in their Concentration electives in order to meet the requirement that at least 12 of the 21 credits in the Concentration are at the upper level (3000-4000). Information on pre-requisites can be found on the Douglas College Course Catalogue website. Note 3: Students with an interest in international sales can select BUSN electives aligned with the Forum for International Trade Training (FITT) to work towards their CITP®/FIBP® designation. For specific courses see Post-Degree Diploma - International Business Management. Because industry requirements get updated occasionally, students wanting the FITT-CITP should check with the Director of Business Programs or industry body to determine if these CBA elective credits should be used to take additional courses to meet the FITT-CITP credential. |
