Cohort Retention Requirements (Academic Standard)
To maintain status in the Engineering Essentials cohort program, students must meet the following criteria:
- maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 each semester; AND
- achieve a minimum grade of C in all registered academic courses; AND
- register in the required cohort course load each semester.
NOTE: if any of the above criteria are not met, students may be placed on program probation for one semester. Students who are not able to remain in the cohort option, may complete the credential through open enrolment.
