You’ll take MOA courses in anatomy, physiology, medical transcription, medical and pharmaceutical terminology, patient scheduling and billing, and develop your clinical skills with a three-week practicum.
By the time you graduate from the Medical Office Assistant program, you’ll be proficient in the keeping of both paper and electronic medical records and will know how to manage offices and communicate effectively with medical professionals and patients.
